Intel6Re: What Is Your Most Uncommon Semi-Auto?
My most uncommon auto would have to be my Coonan .357 MAG. 9 rounds of .357 in a package that is slightly larger than a 1911. Nice trigger and shoots great.

HammerMost uncommon semiauto...
Could be the true left-hand Randall and Safari Arms 45s...
Could be a pin-gun with muzzle brake built at the Old Gunsite Gunsmithy when Jeff Cooper personally ran things and forbade muzzle brakes...
Could be a Colt 1905 45, predecessor to the 1911...

My brother plays with the 45 Super. He likes his a lot. Don't think he has had any troubles with his.
If you handload for it, mind sharing some of your favorites ?

sharps54I have a 1896 Broomhandle Mauser in .30 Mauser. I also have a "AK" pistol on the way, although that is more of a "toy" then a real handgun. I have a friend that rechambered a Desert Eagle in .357/44 Bain and Davis. That used a .357 barrel and a .44 bolt so quite a bit had to be modified to have that bolt work with that barrel.

courtney platerIn my current inventory a Dan Wesson RZ-10 or Razorback 10mm, one of the first 150 made, is the most uncommon. A sweet shooting 1911 with some real punch.

PoohgyrrMy 5" Coonan Model B (seven round mags here) is probably it. Much less recoil than a 4" revolver, smaller one hole groups than anything else I'v shot, and handy enough to carry.

PoohgyrrAfter seeing Intel6's pic of his Coonan (sweet), here's a pic of mine, with Novak nitesights & smooth grips. These really are accurate and soft shooting.
