S&W x-frame?

S&W x-frame?
I am familiar with the large N frame for the 357 and 44 . i see there is a new caliber the s&w 500 magnum in the model 500. Its an x frame is this new or has it been out. I can't find any info on this frame .

Tanose;It is a new frame go to their website and there is a pic and specs. the damn thing w/8 in barrel weighs 72 oz.w/regards
