I am looking for some Leadheads brand, .452" 335 grain wide long nose gas checked bullets. I am interested in just about any number of these that one may have. At the very least, I would like one bullet that I can make measurements from, and have a mold made. Leadheads bullets is now out of business, and these bullets are no longer available. There are some similar molds out there, but I don't know how close they are to the leadheads version. If someone knows of a commercially available mold that exactly duplicates this bullet, I would appreciate a word about it. Thank you!

You might want to check out the Accurate Mold website. I did a quick perusal on 45 cal bullets and they show 9 different designs in 335 grain.

I checked with all the mold makers I know of, and there is a 330g version at accurate molds, and a 340g version at MP Molds. They both could be about the same as the Leadheads bullet, but I won’t know until I can get some measurements from a Leadheads bullet. The reason I want a clone of the Leadheads bullet is because someone I trust has had great accuracy with it at 30kpsi and 50kpsi in a heavy 5-shot 45 Colt. I will running it on a similar platform.

I have some 335 grain WLN gc bullets as you describe but they were made by Lead bullet technology. Could they be the same company?

LBT (Veril Smith) made and sold molds and lube, but not bullets (as far as I know). Several companies used his molds, or cloned his bullets with their own molds. Some just claim their bullets are “LBT style”. The Leadheads bullet I’m after is an LBT design, or closely cloned from an LBT design. Cast Performance Bullet Company used to sell a 335g WLN and claimed they were LBT designed, but Veril said they are close copies, but not his design.
