I have sold several of these B&L scopes in the past, and the resolution is excellent. in 1970 these scopes sold for $150 bucks which is over $1000 in todays money. Thats when the quality of the glass, and not coatings determined the image quality. I still use a 30X version on a M15 tripod for my everyday spotter
