I still have my Nikon F + all the lenses, filters, etc. Now, the only problem these days is finding 35mm film + someone to develop it. I'm sure it's still available online, but like everyone else, I have gotten spoiled with my camera phone, but I admit the quality of pics are not the same. Those Nikon's are great cameras, especially with your frame advance. Even with the film drawbacks, I wouldn't take for mine.

Most of my photography over the years was done with F3s and FM2s. For night-time or indoor sports, I had to push the heck out of Tri-X. The development of P3200 was a godsend, but it still didn't "fix" everything for some of the dimly-lit football stadiums around here back then -- not even when using a 300 f/2.8 or a 135mm f/2.0. But it certainly out-performed the old standby of Tri-X.

Early digitals did not impress me, and I never used ANY digital professionally. But I must say this D7500 has some amazing capabilities and produces quality images even at the most-extreme ISOs. And the AF system is unbelievably fast and accurate. One thing I like most about these newer cameras is that -- with no film to think about -- you can go from a high-noon, sunny setting to near darkness and keep shooting without having to stop and change film types. Having something like this back then sure would have changed a lot of things and made life much easier ha ha. Of course, that same technology also removed much of the "art" from photography as one now needs very little skill to capture some eye-popping images. You can employ the all-auto features and simply "point and shoot," so to speak.
