I have a Bear Creek Arsenal 8.6 Blackout 16 inch upper with 1-3 twist and right side charge handle for sale. Included with upper are approx 100 cases that are neck turned and ready to load. Also included is a set of Lee Pasesetter dies. This upper shoots very good and has only been shot approx 40 times. It will shoot less than 1 inch at 100 yards. Upper is in perfect shape. I will sell total package shipped for $350. I will have to ship dies and brass separate from upper but this is included in price.
