LH .300 H&H barrel off Winchester 70, NECG sights

Was on LH Mod. 70, 23", .588" at muzzle, shot around 20-25 times.
I bought blank new but I dont know maker, Douglas or Lilja probably.

NECG classic adjustable rear sight, NECG classic front ramp with folding hood and 3/32 white bead. Talley barrel band swivel. ($120+$175+$40+$40) just sights and band are $375 new.
