Robert DuncanBest shot
Many years ago I had bought an Enfield .30/06 still in military form. I was trying it out with a friend at an abandoned rock quarry. We had set up some beer bottles to shoot at and the range was about 200 yards. My friend had a rifle with a scope and he told me, "There is one bottle left, take it." I could not see it without a scope but he gave me directions to line up with "that mark, and this spot, etc" as he was looking through the scope. At my shot, the bottle exploded. I never saw it at all since I had no scope.
