CollinsDillon vs. RCBS
Stupid me didn't read the fine print that wasn't there...
I just picked up a RCBS pro 2000 press to do .45 ACP and a couple of other calibers and I guess I have to manually insert the Case, manually insert the Bullet, manually insert the primers into the proprietary strip, and then turn the wheel MYSELF!
Please tell me I'm doing something wrong here... I was hoping to pull the handle and out pops a cartridge. ie. Dillon with the case and bullet feed. E-bay, here it comes

Hog KillerSounds like you want/need a Dillon 650. Got one myself, and love it for volume reloading.

CollinsAm I correct in my judgment of the RCBS? Is it really this manual?

US1Yes it is you have to index it yourself along with inserting case and bullet.
Get a Dillon I have both a 650 and a SDB for pistol, the SDB you have to insert case and bullet.

BigJakeJ1sAnother option is the Hornady LNL AP, which auto-indexes (the shell plate rotates automatically). Without a casefeeder, it is less expensive than the Dillon 550. With the casefeeder included, it is less expensive than a Dillon 650 without one.

Sixgun SymphonyIt is a turrent press with auto-index. Meaning that I do have to insert the case, bullet, and primer but the turrent moves itself when I pull the handle.
As far as pics,
*click here* The Lee Pro-1000 is a fully progressive press.
