Pa.Frankgood old fashioned customer service
The powder hopper on my Little Dandy powder measure developed a stress crack and has become quite loose..
I could not find a replacement part number to order one on the RCBS website so i wrote and asked if one was available.
Within a day, i received an email telling me that they ordered one for me and would send it to me NO CHARGE.
If only all companies treated their customers like this..

Thanks for sharing!
In this day and age where nobody is happy with anything and all you hear is complaining its great to hear a positive.
RCBS has long been on a short list of American companies that really take care of their customers. I've had many dealings with them and they are as giving as can be even when I've made the mistake or damage.
Leupold, Henry Rifles, Ruger and Winchester/Browning also make that short list for me.

B L O'ConnorI've contacted them several times about different issues, at least one of which was my fault. Offered to pay each time . . . they said no and just took care of my problem.
Yes: SOP for RCBS.

I have two of these and two of the big
? Uniflows? Is that the name?
One of the hoppers cracked on a Lil Dandy.
I phoned and in a couple days had a new hopper
in the mail box: N/C.
Years ago I connected with a guy that had ALL
the drums and the business end at a price I
thought was plumb damned cheap. So I swapped a
big F/R box of LC .223 brass for the whole set. Tickled both of us to get what we wanted.
Hell of a deal, while he and I were discussing it.
Another guy popped up: "hey I have one with only one drum for $xx, want it?"
Bought that one too. this way I can leave them on the presses.
Since then, playing the games with a custom
cartridge that needed a charge in between. I
turned 3 or 4 new drums on the lathe and drilled two out for the charge I needed.
Made a rack for all of 'em to hang on the wall
too.
Sure is handy to have all the drums even though most will never be used by me.
