StonecreekIt will depend on the individual lots of brass. You can speak in generalities, like Remington usually being heavier, and therfore of less capacity than Winchester, but this really does vary from lot to lot and caliber to caliber.
I can tell you that I have a large supply of Herter's .264 Winchester, which was made by Norma, that has several grains less capacity than Winchester or Remington. But this is only one observation on one lot of brass, and a very old lot at that.
You can only be sure by measuring the actual lots in which you are interested.

ramrod340I've used Norma 280 brass for over 25 years. I've always found it to hold 1-2 grains more water. About 1.5-2%

<eldeguello>Stonecreek is right, but as a GENERAL RULE, Remington cases usually hold less than either Winchester or Norma cases. The only way you can tell for sure is by comparing the ones you have. I use a ball powder like H335 for comparing relative capacities, since it doesn't get the case interiors wet.
