Do you refer to 'Handloader' magazine?

Yep, the article is in Handloader. Has their typical slant toward their advertisers, although the writer has some reasonable ideas/suggestions. Nothing new to anyone with 20 years experience at handloading.

that article was a reprinted by mistake, it was also in the magazine about two years ago. It was also about bullets Ron Spomer had used. The guys who make the j36 are hardly big advertisers.
