Testing temperature
Is there a standard ambient temperature that is controlled when developing load data for the industry (Ammo & published reloading resources) ? We all know this plays a role in results.

i would think they test in all conditions from hot to cold and probably some other things we are not aware of. moisture comes to mind and very dry conditions.

Ammunition testing is normally done under SAAMI conditions. These include:

Temperature - 70F
Humidity - 60%
Ammunition is conditioned at above for 24 hours prior to shooting.
