No word yet.

I would guess that Hornady will be first, when it is produced I should be one of the first to get it.

Midway and Cabelas have both have had it in stock, but both are sold out and backordered on it now, Midway expects their Win and Hornaday brass in the end of June. There's a bunch of new brass on ebay right now...

If all else fails, can't you just run 22-250 brass through the 204 dies and fireform?

NO!

The 204 is the same case-head diameter as the 223 Remington! The parent case for the 204 is the 222 Rem Mag!

From what I've heard, the best place to look for 204 brass is EBAY!
Other than that, I'd say do like I did and buy 5 or 6 boxes of factory ammo!
Use them and reload the empties!
By the time you wear out that brass, reloading brass should be readily available!
With Hornady factory 32 grain ammo, my Encore 204 rifle will easily shoot 3/4 inch groups!

Oops, I was working from memory of an article I saw several months ago and had a brain fart, my apologies.

If you have access to any .222 Rem Mag brass, it is very easy to make .204 Ruger from it. Matter of fact folks have been doing that for about 35 years now. A glance at the 1973 edition of Gun Digest reveals a feature article on virtually the same cartridge, only there it is called the 20:28A (which refers to a .222 mag. case necked down to use a 20 caliber bullet and 28 grs of powder. The "A" is for G.O. Ashley, the designer.)

Incidentally, 20 caliber cartridges are over 100 years old, some of the earliest (from Germany, Switzerland, and Mexico) having been loaded with bullets of OVER 100 grains weight!

My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.

Give Huntington's a try. They go in & out of stock just like everyone else, but they have had them in the past.
