Hey all- any info on where to get some standard large rifle primers? Obviously the shortage took place when I was not in need.
I’m well stocked on magnum primers..... maybe trade? Thanks!

I would help with a trade but how? Durango is 13 hours away. I just came back from an elk hunt out in my home stomping grounds. Durango is near the end of that trip.

If you are long on magnum large rifle primers you can reduce the charge and work up to a desired load. I have found there isn't that much difference between standard and magnum, and sometimes the difference between brands of primers will vary as much as the difference between Standard and Magnum.

George, thanks and I may take you up on that. I usually come through Pueblo enroute to try n find pheasant out East. If I end up doing that I’ll reach out to you.THANKS!!
