KarnusCast lead & Beowulf
Hey guys. I'm kinda new here as im not technically a reloader yet. However I will be soon. Ya see, I've got this beowulf sitting in my closet, with about 200 rounds of ammo left. And about 600 brass. The problem is finding ammo to feed it. I've finally decided it's time to take matters into my own hands and wade out into the reloading pool. One of many questions I have is "Can you shoot cast lead bullets from the beowulf"? Seems like a slightly less expensive way to get some trigger time with this beauty. And if so where do I get the molds from? Any other tips y'all want to throw out there would be greatly appreciated. I want to thank you in advance for any info you may offer up. Thank you.

Lloyd SmaleI do out of mine. two things i like to do though is use a hard alloy. At least 16bhn and its the only time i will use a hard lube. Soft lubes tend mud them up pretty fast. Ive put a couple thousand through mine now and have had absoultely no issues other then it needs to be cleaned a bit more often.

Would using moly coat be a benefit when using cast bullets either in FPS or cleaning?
