anyone have the speer reloading manual?

I have the sierra manual but will be doing my load w/ a speer .284 hot-core 130 gr spbt for 7mm-08 w/ Varget. Can someone tell me what the speer book has for min and max for this load?

according to my manual== # 13-- Varget is 39 grains for 2641 or at max 43 gr, for 2888. Remember to start low and work up.

thanks looking for the factory numbers for this combo, Almost identical to what Hogdon publishes for Varget and Sierra 130 gr bullet.
