What about Hornaday.

I see they have a Neck bushing die. Only any certain calibers , I could use is their 30 cal.

Anyone try Hornys Bushing necker?

I have one set of Horny's newer Dies for my 9.3x57 and I think they'er pretty good neck sizer

I guess foster doesnt make a bushing type minumum neck sizer?

yes they do it's brand new and on their web site as a bump die and comes w/ three bushings
