Try either H-Varget or H-4895. I won't give specifics as mine is an AI version with 26" tube. But I got exceptional accuracy and good velocity with the varget and 140xlc's. You may even want to consider the 120x. Have several friends that swear by that bullet. You can afford to drop a little in bullet weight due to the performance of the x bullet.

I have not used those bullets, but two powders that work very well for me have been Varget and Reloader 15 with 140 grain bullets. Varget was also great with 120 grain bullets.

good luck.

I recommend H4895 and any 140gr bullet your rifle shots well. Have never used any x bullets as I got satisfactory results from 139gr Horns and 140gr Nosler Partitions. 145gr Grand Slams aren't too shabby neither.

Have not tried the Barnes bullets. H414-47gr. and 139gr. Hornady spire points in my Rem. Mt. rifle have done the trick for me. Good luck on finding that perfect load.

Remington 700 Ti 22" barrel:
H414 47.0 140 Nosler Partition CCI 200 primer, Winchester cases (chronographs at 2829 avg) .75" groups.

H414: seems to be my best performer,
48.6 gr w/ Hornady 139 SST CCI 200 primer 2947 fps (1.5")
..........................CCI magnum primer 3004 fps (1.25")
H4895 40.5 139 SST Rem 9.5 primer 2760 fps (.85")
IMR 4895 405..................... 2669 fps (.75")

My gun did not like Varget (big groups) or IMR 4350 (low velosity). Just bought some H380 to try. Seems to fill the case nicly, have not yet shot it.

Just ordered some 140 Barnes Triple Shock, will let you know results.

Thanks guys . This is my first attempt at reloading , and it is mainly because I want to try some new bullets out mainly the barnes . I also would like to try those 139 gr interbonds by Hornady as well. I have never reloaded before so this is going to be a learning experience for sure. I just hope I don't hurt myself or my gun. I know start small and work up!!!

Wild One, If your going with 139-160gr bullets, I'd go with RE15, Rem. primers and brass, If you want the best accuracy that is, though I've got a very accurate load with Varget and 150gr Ballistic tips that can shoot, too. But, RE15 worked much better with 150MKs, suppose you can get good accuracy with alot of different powders in that burn range, but RE15 is my favorite. Jay
