Anyone used these.

Are they sold in the US as PMC primers?

They're new to me. Where are they produced, and in what sizes/types?

Russia, they are only sometimes available through PMC and only in .217 I believe. If you find them they will be call BLR primers for Berdan Large Rifle primers.
