Got one...in the timber male/calf. Easy 30 yard shot in the neck! 30-06 180 Ballistic Tip.

Tell me. How do you get that many elk back to camp and up a meat pole whole?

It seems I've always got to cut mine into quarters in order to get them off the mountain.
