Making 6.5mm Rem mag cases

Can I can make them from .350 Rem mag WITHOUT turning the necks.

I don't have an answer to your question but I did see in a new magazine that Remington is bringing back the 6.5 Rem Mag in the M673. They are also bringing back the ammo so unless you have a ton of .350 brass you will be able to buy brass again.
