Actually the problem is the keyboard on the powder measure of the combo. About four keys will not work. The combo is over a year old so out of warranty.
Anyone had this problem and sent it back to RCBS? How was the fix? Are there any ways to fix it without sending the unit back to RCBS?

Make a call to RCBS. You may get a pleasant suprise.

By all means make the call to RCBS. While you have them on the phone, see if they'll replace your electronic wonder with a real balance beam scale. Those actually work.
