sonofagunNew format here
Has this new forum format been discussed anywhere since it's been introduced (tried a search, but...)? Anyone else miss the old format?
I do!

HollywoodI hear where you're coming from. I'm still trying to get used to the new format. It does have some good features though - I like it when each time you come back it's easy to tell which topics have been replied to.
Seems to be really slow at times though. I'm sure they'll get that fixed though.

RicochetFor me, it's started working just fine since the latest update. I like the new format better, actually.

Frank MartinezI agree the search has been more difficult or doen't work at all.
I am hoping I can reach the peak of thie new learning curve quickly. There is just too much information to pass up the opportunities.

ClarkIn the old format I was member number "1".
I could remember that number for searches.
Now I have to remember my name "Clark".
It is a hardship, but I am learning to live with it

Seriously, the accurate reloading forum is the best on the internet, not because of format, but because of the intelligence and knowledge of the posters.

Glen71The new format is okay, and the speed has increased recently. I wish they would fix the "Jump To" box, though.

George_CapriolaI really can't think of anything in this new format that I like better than the "old" forum. It's slower, the "jump" box doesn't work as well as the old system, and they lost my URL and I had to register all over again (originally registered June of 2000).
I guess I'm just an old dinosaur, but I really don't "get" all these new features and options. I can live without the full color, too.
However, it's the contributors who make it, and this forum has the best contributors! I'll stop whining now, and thanks for asking...
Regards, George.
