I am new to the reloading of brass, I have both bullseye and unique powder and I do not have information on the powder loads required or recommended for 40 and 44 cal., 180 grain bullet, and the 44 special, If any one knows what they are or knows where to find the specs please let me know, as in my move I have lost my book.

I'm puzzled why anyone would get their load data from internet forums. Heck, I'm skeptical of some of the pressure tested data in load manuals, let alone loads that some guy I don't know posted on the net.

Hey Jay, thanks for the website, it came in useful until I can get to the bookstore, I work long hours during the week and only have the weekends off, so, sometimes it makes it hard to get to town on the weekends when you live out in the middle of mowhere.

chey, you really should go on line & order a couple of reloading manuals. All of the powder manuf. also have data sites, just do a search by powder name.

Before everyone piles on, yes, your question raises all sorts of flags to an experienced loader.

Before your run off and buy a bunch of books and supplies, I'd like to suggest a trip to your local library. Many (most) have sections on reloading ammunition, and even older books will give you a wealth of information.

Spend a week or so reading, and you'll be able to ask much more focused questions.
