I'm sure in my deepest memory that Alliant had a recall a while back on some RL19 that was put in RL22 containers. I saw one small reference to it in the archives. I called Alliant and left a message with my concern. I have not had a return call. I traded David Christman a 5 or 8 lb container that I have had for a few years. I would feel better if I knew that he has a safe lot. I have made him aware of my concerns.
