Where to find .223 bullets at with cantalure?
Hey all. I'm in the market for 68 grain up to 75 grain .224 bullets with a cannalure to shoot out of my AR15. I am particularly interested in hornadys TAP bullets in the 68 and 69 grain variety. I want the cantalure on them to crimp them since there being shot out of a semi auto. I also looking at nosler and serria but every site that I have found thus far in any bullet weight above 55 grains dont have a cannelure on them.Anyone know where I need to be shopping at?

You don't need to crimp for semi-autos. Just clean the inside of the case neck to ensure metal-on-metal contact between the case wall and the bullet jacket.

Another option is the Lee Factory Crimp Die, with this die you can crimp any bullet without cannelure and not expensive. Use on all of my .223 rifles

I agree...it's just not necessary.
