Quickload software data base question?

For you users of the software Quickload: does it contain data for .38-55 win. and .375 win cartridge reloading?

I have sent a e-mail of this question to the UK distributor of this software, but have not heard back from them. Their advert for the Quickload software says this it cannot be shipped to USA, Canada and Mexico. Does anyone know if this export ban is because of certain USA anti-terror laws?
