JOHN I
Forster case trimmer
Hello, New to the site and have a ??? . I just got an older forster case trimmer and it appears to have a "universal" collet. It also came w/ .22,.24,.30 pilots. All current info. I found says pilots&collets seperate. Were they included w/ the trimmer in the past. Thanks for any input. John

It comes both ways.

You can buy the trimmer by itself for around $39, or you can buy the kit which includes the trimmer and three collets (5, 6, 7) and six pilots (22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30) for around $60.

I don't think there is a universal collet?
Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4?
The number is stamped on collet and each collet fit several calibers. You should be able to google forester and find chart for collets. I have a chart somewhere if you need it.
