Best way to ship my buddies reloads to ALASKA?

I'm gonna make up some reloads for my buddy in Alaska. I live in Wisconsin. What's the best way to ship them. It used to be the good old Postal Service but I was told they can't go that way anymore. Thanks Kraky

UPS will ship your ammo, but they require special labeling.

Personally, I've never had a problem with UPS, but hear horror stories. If they give you a ration, FedEx seems to have more "on the ball" counter help in our area... your results may vary.
