Barnes Data needed - 308 Win
My cousin has decided to join me on an African plains game hunt. He'll be using a .308 with 168 Gr. Barnes TTSX bullets. I'm going to load some ammo for him. Unfortunately the Barnes website only has very limited data for this bullet in the .308. I don't have a Barnes manual and was wondering if someone could post the loading data for this bullet.

Powders I have on hand that should work are: IRM 4064, IMR 4320, RL-15, H4350, IMR 4350. I also saw some RL-17 in a local shop the other day that I could buy.

If anyone is willing to scan the appropriate Barnes manual pages and send them to me I'll send you a PM with my email.

Thanks

FWIW I loaded 165TSX for Mrs Blacktailer's 308 for zebra with 45gr of IMR4320. Worked fine.
I used it on impala, warty and bushbuck.

Don't forget Varget or win 748 for the 308. I have killed a truck load of elk with 46 gr. 748 and the 165 old barnes x.

I shoot this bullet in a .308 win. 43 gr of R-15 was the most accurate for me.
