100gr N150 excellent indeed, 3000fps also N550.
120gr N160 again excellent, 2850fps and also N550, 2,800fps.
Do not IMHO try N150 with 120gr, pressure mounts rapidly and velocity is poor. I have not tried the other way round (N160 with 100gr)
One powder for both, N550 worked very well in my rifle for both, never chronoed the 100gr load.
All are accurate say.5MOA or so.

Works just fine - I've used up to 51 grains.
Ditto on the N 150 experience - 36.5 gr under a Lee-crimped Norma 129 gr HPBT sooted the cases (but shot wonderfully), 37.0 gr locked the bolt... At the same time I know people (CalleT among others) who stuff 42-42.5 gr of it under the 129. I would never touch one of those off. Still like Calle though.

46.5 sounds a bit low. I get 3100-3200 w/ 51.0 and Lapua/Sierra 100 grainers, who have a bit less bbl drag than the Nosler BT's. No sticky bolt @ 52 gr, regrettably no chrono reading either.

I have never worked with the cartridge but, honestly, I expected more than 3000fps with a 100gr bullet. I have shot Norma factory ammo in the same weight in .243 Win (smaller diameter, smaller case capacity) which did better than that.
Similar story with the 120gr bullet. I believe 2800 is the advertised speed in Norma's 140 gr factory stuff.
Montero.
I'm sure it could go faster but for me that would be worse not better. I wanted the least muzzle flip, recoil etc, good accuracy and enough velocity to work up to 250yards. 41gr N150 with 100gr ballistic tips gives me 2975fps and fine accuracy.
Re the 140gr Norma, it's 27something with the partition and vulkan. No doubt double base powder, 26" test barrel etc. 2,800fps with a 120gr BT is nice, 3000fps isn't.
I shot a couple of roe with a professional last year for a qualification. At the end of the day he commented how soft my rifle sounded. He asked what I was shooting (120s at 2850fps) because unlike his 243 it made a hollow boom.
