DKimFed 215 Large Rifle Magnum primers
I can't find these at any major local store - Joe's, Sportsmens Warehouse.
None of the online suppliers - Midway, Lock Stock & Barrel, Natchez seem to have any either.
Does anyone know if they had problems?
Thanks,
David

Bob in TXIf you can find the Federal Match large or magnum's in the States, you had better buy them!! Federal's parent company is supplying the military. They said there won't be any more available to the civilian market until 2nd quarter '08. I got lucky and found a brick of the GM215M's on the shelf at a local range.

LE270I saw an article in the newspaper a few days ago that said that many police departments in the U.S. are having trouble buying a sufficient amount of ammo for practice shooting by their officers because so much of the loaded ammo is going to the military now.
I suspect it's the same with primers.

gsganzerI just bought a 1000 ct. box last week of Federal GM215M from Midsouth Shooters Supply. Every other place I tried was sold out.

ireload2I think a little hoarding is going on. Any time Fed #210s or #210 Match primers show up they disappear instantly. Other brands and even other Federal primers stay around a while.

Pete EWe're having the same problem getting them over here in the UK..
One place I use which imports them direct from the States was told that Federal are about 2 years behind on these because most of the supply is going to the Military..

Pete
