Just maybe, both are a bit confused as to terminology. Sharkbait precisely stated CASE OAL. Clear! Means empty case to me and most. Cartridge OAL is seated bullet and case. Case is case any way you cut it, not "cartridge".

Are you meaning the modified case for the stoney point OAL ga. ?

If so, contact Stoney point directly , they can also modify a fired case from your chamber for a perfect fit.
