I am interested in making some blank loads for a 38/357 revolver for dog training. Anyone have any suggestions?

50/50 mix of black and Red Dot. Fill case 1/2-2/3, pack tight with TP. If you don't have Red Dot, any fast burning powder will do. Used to use loads made up this way for cowboy shootout reenactments.

I appreciate the reply. I would prefer a noncorrosive load.
How is the TP used?
Does anyone make a "star" (like a shotgun shell) crimper?
