Winchester WMR
A local gun shop has 4 lbs of this powder and I can buy it at a really good price. I cant seem to find much data on it. What cartridges or calibers did this work good in? Is there a powder now that the data would be the same or real close? Thanks, h.h.

According to the 2006 Vihtavuori reloading guide, it's a quite slow powder, slightly slower than the IMR4350 and the Reloader 19 and slightly faster than the IMR4831 and the Norma MRP, for instance.

Go to: http://stevespages.com/page8a.htm

Reduce your starting loads to about 10% lower than the max and build back up to see what works best in your intended cart.

Good Luck
