Norma 217 anyone use it? RL 25 equivalent?

For the sake of discussion, data wise I know that Norma MRP = RL 22 data and MRP-2 was RL-25.

Norma says 217 is a tad bit slower than MRP-2. What would be the 217 equivalent? For a 340 Wby.
