SARG-

Regardless of which brand you get, make sure that you get FL dies, not neck size only. (BTW, I've never found the need for small base dies, and I shoot a TON of 223 thru my AR-15).

SARG,
In the AR (and I'm speaking from experience with match grade AR's) Any full length die will do. The money should be spent on a forster or redding ultra seater with the micrometer top. These have a floating die body that captures the case before the bullet is seated and the micrometer top is great for switching bullets and coming back to the EXACT same eating depth or chasing the throat with the 80 grainers for long range.

use Lee .223 full length dies. The decapper is unbreakable, and you can use spray lube on your cases without getting dents on the cases.
