Lee dead length bullet seaters
I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with the "dead length bullet seaters" that come with the Lee collet die set.
I know they're not Forsters, but are they any better than the "standard" seating dies from Redding or RCBS?

ReloaderBelaw,
I bet those Dead Length dies will hold their own w/ a Forester any day of the week. I love them. They are very accurate and consistent.
Now, the other Lee seaters are a different story. I have not had too good of luck w/ the cheap Lee seaters, seems like you have to measure each and every OAL to get them consistent.
I think you would like the DL seaters. I just wish they didn't have that dang O-ring.
Good Luck!

Can you tell me a little about how the seater works- does it have any special features to support the case and bullet and hold them in line during seating? Oddly enough Lee's site doesn't say one word about it.
Also, I see you're from LA- is that Los Angeles, Louisiana or Lower Alabama?
