I ran what you gave thru accuload and the 300gr with RL-7 is coming up with a load between 29.4gr and 32.7gr for normal pressure of 35k.
The 400gr came up between 27.8gr and 30.9gr with Norma 201 and H335 which brackets w748. the 748 wasnt on the chart for Accuload. Ken Waters had a load for a 300gr Kynoch bullet in 405 Win using RL7 with 54gr max. I seem to remember that Accuload does strange things with some of these straight cases so you might have to check further. Ken waters load came from Mar 1982 Pet loads. Sorry I can't help more.

ScottSThanks! Are you able to model the loads I posted originally, with the exception of the W748. I am curious if these loads could even be fired without catastrophic results.
Thanks again,
Scott
