.223 Small Game Load ?
Does anyone have data on a low velocity load for small game in .223? I want to use some home made .22 LR jacketed bullets of 50 grains weight. I want some kind of a starting load to avoid detonation. It will be designed to shoot squirrels. Loads will be used in Contender carbine, Encore carbine and Mini Mark X Mauser. WE won't try them in AR or Mini 14 types. Thanks. PAK

For good information on reduced loads in .223 go to "James Calhoon Good shootin Bullets" website he has a very good article on Blue dot 800X for reduced loads.
