Danny Payprotecting metalic cartridges from rust.
Hi
Do you know a good way to protect metalic cartidges from rusting? i do use normal weapon oil but it dosn't help. are there any especial product for this purpose?

p dog shooterYou must have some steel cased ammo. I would store it in old mil spec ammo cans. Most of the steel cased ammo has a finsh on them using oil on them most likely will take it off plus you could contamnte the primers and powder. Store it in a air tight container and it well not rust. Use brass casings they don't rust.

The MazStore it in a GI ammo can and add a couple small silica gel packs to absorb any moisture. That will do the job.
