Anyone know where I can find info on reduced loads for 22.250.

Only reduced loads I have for the 22-250 are with SR 4759.

40 grainers 9.0gr-11.0gr
45 grainers 9.5gr-11.5gr
50 grainers 10.0gr-12.0gr
55 grainers 11.0gr-13.0gr
70 grainers 13.0gr-15.0gr

How slow do you want them reduced?

Sierra manual and hornady manuals lists velocities that go fairly low. Also check out Lymans 47th manual. or hodgdon's 26th manual that lists for single shot pistols or cast bullets.

Look in a copy of the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook for a cast bullet load the same weight as what you want to use. Velocity will be about the same if you use jacketed bullets instead of cast.
