I recently purchased a box of Winchester 45 acp 230gr target ammo. The cases have a small pistol primer and the box says they don't recommend reloading the cases. Does anybody know why or do they just want to sell more ammo?

Is it that lead-free ammo for indoor shooting? Those cases use bigger flash holes than standard.

It doesn't appear to be smaller than a standard small pistol flash hole but i haven't measured it yet.
