H4350 looks odd
I've never reloaded with H4350 before and it doesn't appear the same as other powders I have experience with. The H4350 has some normal 'shiny' kernels and some odd looking 'grey' kernels of powder. Is this the norm for this powder? Also, it doesn't have the usual odor of the other powders.

H-4350 can have a grey look instead of the black look of many extruded powders.....but it's all the same....not a few kernels.....also it smells like other powders.

Email Hodgdon and see what they say.....It seems fishy to me.

H4350 looks green-gray to me. I burn it in 8 lb jugs and it always looks that way.

Yep a short cut silverish gray rather than black, thought it had a yellowish reflection to it every time I use mine

If in doubt fertilize your lawn with it.

How old is the can in question? Any storage issues? Where'd you get it?

If you are used to IMR-4350, then H-4350 will look a lot lighter in color. They are not the same powder.
