Any good IPSC type .45ACP high speed, high accuracy loads for light lead SWCs? Thanks.

I have used Ramshot Silhouette under 155 SWC in 45. Worked well but left gritty white stuff in the gun.
IIRC their data made major IPSC on paper at slightly less than max. I never chronoed these loads.
I do remember that max load was fairly stout feeling when compared to my usual 200 GR. load that made major ( I did chrono this load ).
