Sudsy30Reloader 7 Powder
Need some help for a good load for this powder using both a (several mfg.'s) of a 55g and a Sierra 60 V-max g bullet....
Please post a good load if you have one, as my Lyman 48th lists nothing for this powder.
PS it was recommended by a reloading supply house near my home..

seafire2RL 7 in the 223....
26.5 grains with a 40 grain bullet
25 grains with a 50 grain bullet
24.5 with a 52 or 53 grain bullet
24 grains with a 55 grain bullet...
23 grains with a 60 grain bullet
these are max, so work up in your rifle...
These are also safe in Winchester, Remington and Lake City brass.. using small rifle primers. not magnums...
If used on real hot days, RL 7 is a temp sensitive powder, so you may want to drop the charge weight at max a little... or just keep your ammo in a insulated cooler on really hot days in the field shooting prairie dogs or sage rats...
