No, you haven't been asleep, it's just that IMR 7383 isn't a very common powder. (Check for the many previous posts on it.) Basically it mimics IMR 4350 in burning rate, but not density (4350 is denser) and it IS available @ $28/7lb. + Hazmat fee (waived if you buy 4 or more jugs) from Hi Tech Ammunition http://idbs.com/hitech/ ...Maven
