1lostinspacenew to reloading 30-06
I am new to 30-06 I am looking for the most accurate and light bullet 110-125 gr
Do I need to crimp my cases? I am using a Savage bolt action. What are some accurate loads using my powders for my .223 Varget H4895 and 748 winchester

Jim C. <><There are no magic loads for anything but 748 should give good velocity with the light bullets.
Actually, the twist rate of an -06 is a bit too fast for best accuracy with light bullets so you may be disappointed.
Most loading manuals will provide sufficent data, or use the on-line sites of the powder companies themselves.

2ndtimerI used to get some very good results with the Sierra 110 gr HP and 56.5 gr of IMR-4064. Start low and work up, since your rifle may not digest it as well as mine did. Good luck.
