Case Trimmer
I am interested in buying an electric case trimmer. Hand is getting sore. I currently use an RCBS Trim Pro. Does anyone have any experience with the power adapter for this trimmer, or a suggestion for something different.

Ultramag,

Welcome to the forum.

If you really want a very accurate case trimmer, there is only one to have, and that is the Wilson.

I think Sinclair International makes some sort of power adaptor for it.

Until you have used a Lee Ziptrim, you won't believe it. The case length is built into the pilot, there is no set up to do other than changing pilots and pilots for different calibers are less than $5. If they came out with these 20 years ago there wouldn't be much of a market for the others. It will not do neckturning, but it can't be beat for case trimming both in ease and foolproof accuracy.

Hi Ultramag.....the electric attachment seems high to me...140$ is price I've seen.....I mounted my trim pro on a 2x6 24in long and made a wooden "u" cutout saddle for a electric screwdriver /I like the one with interchangeable battery and put a hex head bolt in the handle of the trimmer and use a socket in the screwdriver to turn the trimmer.....cost 30$ and hours time....and I don't have to have a plug in to trim...did same for Forster trimmer also.....good luck and good shooting!
